Terms and conditions of use GENERAL CONDITIONS By registering or placing an order on MOCSTORE you agree with our Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website if you are not 18 years old or if you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions.
This Terms of Service Agreement is a legal agreement between you and MOCSTORE By clicking the “I ACCEPT” box at the end of these Terms, registering as a user, or using the Site you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed, understand, and accept these Terms. If you are agreeing to these Terms as an individual, then the term “you” refers to you individually. If you are agreeing to these Terms as a representative of an entity, then you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and the term “you” refers to that entity.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, do not click the “I ACCEPT” box at the end of these terms and do not register or otherwise use the Site.
MocStore.eu Our services connect people around the world, to build, sell and buy unique products made with LEGO bricks. MOCSTORE is a designer of LEGO MOC, (My Own Creation) our MOCs pdf files are immediately downloadable after receiving payment. The LEGO bricks are not included, we only sell the pdf instructions to build your MOC. We also sell other digital downloads: printable art, AI art, scrap book art etc.

If you, as a seller, wish to become a member of our community, you can register as "become a seller". Please also read carefully the clauses relating to copyright.
1 / COPYRIGHT for the designs of MOCSTORE MOC's CUSTOM MODEL INFORMATION: We only use genuine New official LEGO® branded parts in our MOC's. All our models are custom designs, they are not available in shops, they come partially assembled. All original designs are Intellectual Copyright of MOCSTORE and can NOT be reproduced or made available for anyone without written permission, they are only for personal use - Legal action will be taken against sellers or distributors of copied items.
2/ COPYRIGHT of all designs, MOC or digital downloads from sellers on our platform are Intellectual Copyright of the respective seller.
Account Registration, Verification and Safety.
COPYRIGHT for the MOC designs or digital download of sellers on MOCSTORE belongs to the respective seller. In order to use our Services as a buyer or as a seller, you must create an account, including all mandatory fields on the registration form.
You must provide accurate and complete information, and you hereby agree to keep the password chosen upon creating your account as confidential and not to communicate it to third parties. If you lose or disclose it, you must promptly inform us. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password secure and confidential and must notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorized use of your account.
For sellers: We have a zero tolerance policy for prohibited items, particularly those that promote, support or glorify hatred, those that promote, support or glorify violence, arms or are unlawful. Sellers deemed to violate this policy can be subject to immediate account suspension or termination, in accordance with our Terms of use.
The following types of items are prohibited on MOCSTORE: Illegal items, hate items, items that promote support or glorify hatred. Violent items, items that promote support or glorify violence.
Copyright infrigement; If you’re a seller on MOCSTORE, you need to be aware of the risks associated with copyright infringement. Infringing on someone else’s intellectual property can result in serious consequences, including legal action, account suspension, and loss of revenue.
What is Copyright Infringement? Copyright infringement occurs when someone uses another person’s creative work without permission. This includes things like images, music, videos, logo, brand, brand name, prompts for AI programs and written content.
Copyright laws are in place to protect the rights of the original creator of LEGO MOC"s and other digital download files and ensure that they receive credit and compensation for their work. To submit a report of alleged infringement against MOCSTORE shop listings or to submit a report of alleged infringement against usernames, shop names, videos on an MOCSORE shop page, you can email us at info@mocstore.eu. This is the easiest way to report alleged infringement. MOCSTORE cannot be held responsible for the copyright infringement by one of its sellers on our platform.
Digital downloads are not refundable except:
The Consumer Rights Act defines digital content as ‘data which are produced and supplied in digital form’. This means you have rights in relation to anything you download or stream, including apps, ebooks, films, games or music. Digital content must be: Of satisfactory quality Fit for a particular purpose As described by the seller. If your digital content does not meet these criteria and develops a fault, you have the right to have your digital product repaired or replaced.
The new EU VAT marketplace rules MOCSTORE is now obliged to collect VAT on goods or digital goods sold to EU private buyers where goods or digital goods under €150 are shipped from outside the EU or goods or digital goods of any value are sold by non-EU sellers and shipped from inventory stored in the EU. MOCSTORE will not collect VAT if the buyer is VAT registered and provides their valid VAT number (in these cases, the VAT registered buyer will be responsible to account for VAT). If you live outside the EU, you are responsible to comply with the law and requirements of your country for the declaration and to pay taxes and VAT. Privacy We strive to be transparent about our privacy practices, including how we treat your personal information.
This policy applies to our registered buyers (“Buyers”) and sellers (“Sellers”) It is important that you understand how we use your information. We connect Buyers with Sellers that offer downloadable instructions to build MOC with LEGO bricks. By accepting our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, or by using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read and understand this policy, including how and why we use your information. We collect and use your personal information to provide and improve our Services, to protect the security and integrity of our Services and to comply with our legal obligations.
MOCSTORE does not sell your details. Personal details will never be sold to third parties and will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Access to my data At any time, you have the right to retrieve the data you have provided to our site. You can find the link in the "my account" page, click on "Get my data" to automatically download a copy of your personal data on a pdf or csv file. Rectification & Erasure requests You have the right to modify all the personal information found in the "My Account" page. For any other request you might have regarding the rectification and/or erasure of your personal data, please contact us through our contact page. We will review your request and reply as soon as possible.
Termination of your account MOCSTORE is entitled to terminate your account at any time, and without providing any justification or any reimbursement or compensation for any damage that it may suffer as a result of the termination of the account. The seller has the obligation to pay MOCSTORE even after termination of your account, all amounts due. Disclaimer of Warranty. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Site and the Services are provided to you “as is,” with “all faults” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. MOCSTORE hereby disclaim, any and all express, implied or statutory warranties, either by statute, common law, custom, usage of trade, course of dealing or otherwise, however arising, including implied warranties of description, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and non-interference with use and/or enjoyment.
Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. In no event shall MOCSTORE and/or any authorized third party, be held liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from possession, access, use, inaccessibility or malfunction of the Site or the Services including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, business, loss of use or lack of availability of computer resources; whatsoever arising out of or related thereto, whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory and whether or not Plantly, its affiliates, clients, licensors and/or distributors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Limitation of Liability. If a user suffers loss or damage as a result of MOCSTORE negligence or failure to comply with these Terms, any claim by such user against us will be limited in respect of any one incident, or series of connected incidents, to the fees paid by such user in the previous three (3) months or the amount of direct loss or damage suffered by the customer, whichever is less. These Terms provide you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Legislation of some states/countries does not allow certain limitations of liability, and henceforth this limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. Disclaimers MOCSTORE reserves the right to change the General conditions at any time, including addition of fees or removal of platforms, or end the program without reimbursement or compensation.
MOCSTORE assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this site. The information contained in this site is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness. Disputes Only Belgian law applies to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer or vendor to which these general terms and conditions apply, only the courts of Veurne or Bruges are competent.
